We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. If your country isn't listed yet, email us at info@carezema.com — we're always expanding, and we'd love to hear from you.

Processing time

Once you place your order, our team carefully prepares and packs it within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping time

After processing, your order typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

In total, most orders are delivered within 4–9 business days from the day you order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we'll do our best to help — though additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
